What is the Runtime Error! abnormal program termination message?

If you encounter this error, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a backup of your data using these instructions.
  2. Open the main menu.
  3. Select ‘Log Out.’
  4. In the appeared window, click ‘Yes.’
  5. The LeaderTask login window will appear.
  6. Enter the email and password for your LeaderTask account.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please send us a screenshot/photo of the error message, a description of the sequence of actions leading to the problem, and an archive with technical information (Main Menu ⟶ Help ⟶ Report a Problem).

If the program doesn’t launch, please do the following:

  1. Go to the folder where LeaderTask is installed.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Logs’ folder.
  3. Archive all the files located there.
  4. Send us (911@leadertask.com) this archive along with a description of the sequence of actions leading to the problem.
