If you encounter this error, please follow these steps:
- Create a backup of your data using these instructions.
- Open the main menu.
- Select ‘Log Out.’
- In the appeared window, click ‘Yes.’
- The LeaderTask login window will appear.
- Enter the email and password for your LeaderTask account.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please send us a screenshot/photo of the error message, a description of the sequence of actions leading to the problem, and an archive with technical information (Main Menu ⟶ Help ⟶ Report a Problem).

If the program doesn’t launch, please do the following:
- Go to the folder where LeaderTask is installed.
- Navigate to the ‘Logs’ folder.
- Archive all the files located there.
- Send us (911@leadertask.com) this archive along with a description of the sequence of actions leading to the problem.
