The user doesn’t receive an invitation to start working — what to do?

If the user doesn’t receive an invitation to start working, please make sure that:

  • The correct email address was used when sending the invitation.
  • The invitation email didn’t end up in the ‘Spam’ or ‘Promotions’ folder in the Gmail email service.

If all the conditions mentioned above are met but you still can’t find the invitation, please send a detailed description of the issue to the address 911@leadertask.com.
