If you encounter an error (0) upon launching the application or receive a message about no internet access, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that your computer is connected to the internet.
- Confirm that LeaderTask is added to the trusted applications of your antivirus/firewall.
- Make sure that LeaderTask is installed in the Documents folder.
- If your computer is connected to the internet via a proxy server, ensure that the proxy server settings are configured in LeaderTask (Open the Main Menu, select ‘Settings,’ then switch to the ‘Proxy Server’ section).
