If an employee creates a project, by default, no one else can see that project except the creator. However, an employee can grant access to the project for other colleagues.
If an employee grants you access to a project, you will see that project in the navigator (the left panel).
To grant access to a project, you can follow these steps:
- Right-click on the project.
- Select ‘Properties.’
- In the project properties window, click on the ‘Add project participants’ button.
- Choose the participants for the project.”
This will allow other employees to view and collaborate on the project.
