A filter is a condition for displaying tasks in the list.
Each task has several parameters, for example:
- Deadline
- Project
- Status
- Label
- and so on.
Filters allow you to display only those tasks whose parameters meet specific conditions.
For example, suppose you have created a label called ‘Urgent’ and attached it to several tasks. You also have a project called ‘Repairs’ with tasks in it. You want to display only those tasks on the screen that belong to the ‘Repairs’ project and also have the ‘Urgent’ label. To do this, you create a filter where you specify the required values for the ‘Project’ and ‘Label’ parameters.
To open the filter directory, press the F4 hotkey.
