Recurring tasks
In LeaderTask, there is a feature for creating recurring tasks. Recurring tasks are a highly useful function that helps organize multiple identical tasks by setting them to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly. For instance, if you have a task like “Compile quarterly report,” you can set it to repeat every third month on the last few days. This way, you won’t forget to set a new task, as you have an automatic recurrence.
Remember to complete recurring tasks, as failing to do so will prevent them from moving to the next period.
Repetition options:
- Daily – allows you to choose the repetition frequency (every day, every 2 days, etc.)
- Weekly – allows you to set repetition for several days in a week (every 1st, 2nd, 3rd week on Mon, Tue, Wed…)
- Monthly – allows you to set repetition for a specific day of the month or by order in the week (1st, 2nd, etc. Mon, Tue, Wed…)
- Yearly – allows you to set a repeat every year on a specific date. Very useful for setting important holidays, birthdays.
Now, notifications will regularly alert you on the day of recurrence.
