This program is going to be useful for users who have employees: heads of companies, heads of departments, project managers.
Write down all awards of employees
There are 4 types of awards:
- Praise (1 point)
- Diploma (2 points)
- Medal (5 points)
- Cup (10 points)
Select the employee, an award and date of encouragement. Write down all details: for what achievement the employee was awarded and what is a favor for the company.
Define the best and lagging behind
The program calculates how many points were gained by each employee. Employees are rated by the number of points. In the upper part of the list are the best workers – rock stars.
Display of a rating for different periods
You can display the rating of employees during all the time and also for a current month and the current year.
Display of the history of rewardings on each employee
Click on an award in a line of the employee. The program will show chronology of encouragement.

Is it possible to use the program separately from LeaderTask
No. The program Employee awards is built in the interface of LeaderTask for Windows. That means that you can work only inside LeaderTask.

The program is intended only for the Windows.
