Contact management 

LeaderTask allows you to store contact information about people and organizations.

You can:

  1.  Group contacts by convenient categories (Friends, Colleagues, Family...)
  2.  Store all the necessary information about contacts (phone numbers, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, notes, images, documents...)
  3.  Quickly find the necessary contact using the search feature
  4.  Attach files to contacts
  5.  Link contacts with tasks
  6.  View the history of e-mail exchange with your contacts
  7.  View tasks linked to contacts
  8.  Quickly add new ways of communication with contacts

Quick communication. Having the list of contacts and their contact information at hand, you can exchange information with them really quickly. One mouse click is enough to send a notification to an employee about tasks he is to complete; send a partner an e-mail message about changes in the terms and conditions of cooperation; notify a customer about holiday discounts for your product; let a client know that the job has been finished and so on.
