It is convenient to keep record of contact history with clients and with any other category of contacts in Leader Task: paid bills, completed tasks, unsolved problems and so on. Assigning tasks. It is possible to assign or give each task to any contact, i.e. any contact you specify can be assigned responsible for a task. There are three ways to assign a task: - directly add the task in the contact's task tree.
- select the necessary task in the Projects section, open the context menu and select the Assign… item
- select the necessary contact in the Responsible field of the task properties.
Quick communication. Having the list of contacts and their contact information at hand, you can exchange information with them really quickly.
