 personal information managerLeader Task can be used as a personal information manager (PIM). The program allows you to store any information (text, diagrams, images, etc.) related to any section of the organizer.

Information is managed with the help of notes. By default, each Navigator section has a note.

The Notes section is used to enter unorganized, raw information related to a particular project/contact/category/time. Notes are very convenient because it is easy and quick to add information to them. For instance, if an idea strikes you or you find some text on the Internet, you should do the following: you should just copy the fragment of the site that will be useful for project «A» to the clipboard and paste it into the note of the corresponding project. Both text and images will be copied. While viewing project «A» later, you can read more thoroughly what the note contains and select some information from it, or add it as a task, or leave it as an extended comment, or delete it.

Notes are the place where thoughts/ideas "get ripe" and become more clear and specific.

Another place where it is convenient to store information is the Comment field in the properties of a task, contact, project.
