Management of the task list

Tasks in LeaderTask can be arranged in convenient tree-like structures.

Task lists can be divided by categories, projects, employees.

Task lists have the following features:

  1. Tree structure. Tasks can be organized as embedded structures, which is convenient for dividing a large task into smaller ones.
  2. Assign tasks to employees. Each task can be assigned to an employee or colleague!
  3. Task colouring. You can set the visual appearance of each task with different background colours and the use of ?Markers?. This makes it simple to highlight the most important tasks in a list.
  4. Arrange Tasks by your criteria, including by contract, marker, status etc.
  5. Task filters. Task lists can be filtered to your design, for example you can hide all completed tasks so that you only see current task on the list.
  6. Task search. Search by name to quickly find the necessary task.
  7. Printing the task list.
  8. Attaching files to tasks
  9. Task note.
  10. Customizable columns. You can customize the set of columns the way you need it.

You can display the task properties in a separate window or in the panel under the task list.

Task assignment

Task assignment- Each task can be assigned for completion by an employee. Your employee will receive the assignment via his Leader Task organizer and you will be able to follow their progress while also being able to be in contact through the built in Task Chat function.

IMPORTANT

  1. If you have been assigned a task you can then reassign it to someone else- just drag and drop the task to the name of the person you are re-assigning to. A sub task will be created with the same task name and you can do this with multiple tasks.
  2. Sub tasks created by you will not be visible to the orderer
