But since Microsoft Office completely occupies the market of business software, a lot of users ask only one question: "Why do I need another organizer if I already have Microsoft Outlook?". Having everything necessary for time management, LeaderTask offers various ergonomic features that make it even more comfortable than Outlook: a customizable system for viewing tasks grouped by various criteria: "Important", "Urgent", "My Today Tasks" and so on; tree-like tasks (no such tasks in Outlook); the task list structured by various attributes (deadlines, priorities, categories). What LeaderTask lacks is synchronization with Outlook (that is useful for moving data to mobile devices, e.g. phones) and PDA versions. But the developers are working on that and promise to implement it in new versions.

I should mention that LeaderTask is the first software tool for personal planning I got to know. And somehow it turned out that it meets all my needs concerning long-term and short-term (day) planning. Being an old tester, I spotted a couple of small faults and minor bugs, of course :), but I was really glad to find out that the guys fix them really fast. Particular thanks for the live forum - it feels like you'll get support when you need it. It's a bit disappointing that it isn't integrated with Gmail, but if you use Outlook - that's exactly what you need. Nice tool. And the most important, it's useful and practical. That's what we like!
